YIN YOGA
A practice of stillness, held with intention.
Yin Yoga uses long-held postures, typically three to five minutes, sometimes longer to work deeply into the body's connective tissue and fascia, areas that faster-paced movement rarely reaches. The stillness is deliberate: it gives the nervous system time to move out of a stressed, activated state and into genuine rest.
This is not a passive class. Holding a posture for several minutes takes focus and patience, and the benefits go beyond flexibility improved joint mobility, reduced tension, and a nervous system reset that carries into the rest of your week.
No experience necessary. All bodies and ability levels welcome.
Guided Stillness is included with every Yin class, no separate booking required.
